RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Beehive Botswana Return & Exchange Policy Items shipped from Beehive Botswana can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. For information on Beehive Botswana refunds, see Beehive Botswana Refunds Policy Seller Return Policy When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a Marketplace seller or third party seller), your return will be sent back to the seller instead of Beehive Botswana. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to that of Beehive Botswana, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller profile page. To view the seller’s return policy, once you’ve ordered, you can select select the product purchased, Then click the seller profile link in the relevant order. This will take you to the seller store. If not specified in the Seller’s Returns and Refunds policy, the order will default to a 15 days return policy. Marketplace sellers must either provide a return address within Botswana, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned.
If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by Beehive Botswana that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, Beehive Botswana will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.
– Baby items (excluding clothing sizes 0-24 months) can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Note: Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact. – Baby products fulfilled by Beehive Botswana qualify for free return shipping. The product is eligible for free return shipping if the item detail page includes “Free Returns” messaging. If your return is not a result of an Beehive Botswana, we will not refund the original shipping fees.
Clothing and Accessories
– You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date. – Free Returns only apply to Fulfilled by Beehive Botswana product(s). It does not apply to the same product(s) fulfilled by Marketplace sellers. – To be eligible for Free Returns, items returned must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. – All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. – Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. – Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will be refunded partially. – Beehive Botswana will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). – If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, Beehive Botswana may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with Beehive Botswana ‘s general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
Computers and Electronics
– New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from Beehive Botswana that did not start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. – Beehive Botswana may test computers that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. – Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. – Outside the 15 days return period, customer requests to return such products because they are not working should be directed to the customer service to assess the claimed fault and decide if a refund is appropriate. – New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace sellers are subject to the returns policy of the individual seller.
Jewellery & Watches
– If you selected self-ship shipping option, Jewellery and watch items with a value of BWP500 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. – All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. – Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. – Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won’t be accepted for return. – Free Returns are available for many Jewellery and Watch items. You will see “Free Returns” messaging on the detail page for items that qualify.
– Grocery items are not returnable to FreshCart/ Beehive Botswana but may be refundable.
– Pet food and similar products are not returnable to FreshCart/ Beehive Botswana, but may be refundable.
– SIM cards are not returnable but may be refundable.
– Video games can be returned unopened for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Returned video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee. ****END****
