What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

We have a Beehive Delivery option and also use a local Botswana Courier Service. The standard delivery fee is P30 in Gaborone going upwards. Please refer to the Botswana Zone Delivery Price List.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered on or before the time stated EDT(Expected Delivery Time) on your payment confirmation email/Sms.

Should there be a delay or change on the delivery time you will be notified via phone and email.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

No, it is not possible to change your address after confirming an order. To avoid any errors or inconvenience please double check your address before confirming your order.

To change your address for future orders you can change it in your Customer Information on your account profile.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?

You will submit the query form below. Please make sure you enter the correct order number and specify which product is missing. A Beehive customer assistant will get in touch with you and assist you immediately.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

If you are not available to receive your delivery on the specified EDT you can reschedule your delivery provided that 1. The delivery option is Beehive delivery & not a third party courier.

2. That the order has not been dispatched yet, you can reschedule at least 4 hours before delivery time.

Please note that failure to communicate a reschedule a delivery on time will result with an extra charge to the customer’s account.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Yes, only if the chosen day and time is after the EDT provided on your payment email. Kindly contact your Beehive customer service consultant to assist you with this as soon as you complete your order.

Does it take a lot to ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside Botswana Borders.

How do I log a return?

Make sure that your order is covered by our returns policy. You can then log your return on your account profile.

Please note that returns can only be logged by the customer who purchased through Beehive on their account.

What is the status of my return?

We will keep you updated on the progress of your return via email. Please ensure we have your correct contact details

Can I exchange my product?

Make sure the order and product are covered in our returns policy. You can then log your return/exchange on your Beehive account.

Can I return software that is already been installed?

Software is only returnable if it is unopened. If the seal is broken, then you can not return it.

What do I do if the item I received is not what I ordered?

We do our very best to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered as described on our page. Please ensure you specify as much as possible on your order eg: Colour, size etc.

In the event that there is a wrong order please contact your Beehive Customer Consultant and you will be assisted immediately.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

We do our very best to make sure our products are of high quality and in good working order.

If this is not the case please check that your faulty product falls within the conditions of our returns policy, and if so contact your Beehive Customer Consultant and they will assist you immediately.
